Terms &
Conditions

Effective date: October 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.lisa-malone.com (the “Website”), operated by Home Harmony Collective, doing business as Lisa Malone Professional Organizer (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please review these terms before using the Website or requesting services. Where we ask you to accept these terms when submitting a form or completing a transaction, your acceptance constitutes your agreement to them. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with that transaction.

About Our Website and Services

Lisa Malone Professional Organizer provides professional organizing, wardrobe and closet transformation, and custom closet design coordination services. Our Website provides information about these services, educational content, project examples, resources, and product recommendations.

Website descriptions provide general information. The specific scope, pricing, schedule, and responsibilities for your project will be established through your written proposal, booking terms, or client service agreement.

Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to book services or make purchases through the Website. If you act on behalf of another person or organization, you must have authority to do so.

You agree to provide accurate information and use the Website for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems, introduce harmful code, interfere with Website operations, impersonate another person, or use Website content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Inquiries, Consultations, and Bookings

Submitting an inquiry, requesting an estimate, or proposing an appointment time does not, by itself, establish a client relationship or reserve a service date. A booking is confirmed when we provide confirmation and you complete any requirements disclosed during the booking process, such as accepting a service agreement or making a required payment.

Availability, service areas, and scheduling options may change. We will communicate any changes affecting a confirmed booking directly to you.

Estimates, Fees, and Payment

Unless expressly identified in writing as a fixed price, project estimates are based on the information available when the estimate is prepared. Actual time and costs may vary depending on the amount of belongings, decision-making needs, conditions in the space, requested changes, and other project requirements.

Your written proposal or service agreement will identify applicable service fees, project management fees, payment schedules, and additional expenses. Products, materials, installation, and outside professional services are included only when expressly stated.

We will communicate material changes to the agreed scope or estimated cost and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional chargeable work.

Prices displayed on the Website may change for future bookings. Changes do not modify an existing agreement unless you and we agree to the modification.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

The cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund terms disclosed and accepted at the time of booking or purchase apply to that transaction. Any non-refundable fee will be identified before you commit to payment.

These Website terms do not establish an additional cancellation charge or make all purchases non-refundable. Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

If you need to change a confirmed appointment, please text or call us promptly at 866.321.3691.

Client Participation and Project Decisions

Organizing is a collaborative process. You are responsible for making or authorizing decisions about which belongings to keep, donate, consign, recycle, or discard. We will not intentionally remove belongings without authorization from you or your designated representative.

You agree to provide accurate project information, disclose relevant conditions that may affect the work, and provide appropriate access to the agreed work areas. Additional requirements relating to participation, access, pets, safety, and preparation will be addressed in your client service agreement.

Project results and completion times depend on individual circumstances, including your space, belongings, decisions, and ongoing maintenance. Photographs and testimonials illustrate individual projects and do not guarantee identical outcomes.

Products and Independent Service Providers

We may recommend organizing products or help coordinate services provided by closet designers, installers, personal stylists, or other professionals. Your project agreement will clarify which services we provide and which are supplied by independent providers.

When you purchase directly from an independent retailer or provider, its terms govern that purchase, including payment, delivery, installation, warranties, cancellations, and returns. Our recommendation does not create an additional warranty for that provider’s products or work.

For products purchased or managed through us, the arrangements stated in your proposal or service agreement apply. Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for our own services or obligations under applicable law.

Educational Content and Downloadable Resources

Articles, checklists, guides, and other educational materials are provided for general informational purposes. They are not a substitute for an assessment of your particular space or advice from a qualified professional where appropriate.

Before installing storage systems, altering fixtures, or using products, evaluate their suitability for your space and follow manufacturer instructions, weight limits, and applicable safety requirements. Structural, electrical, or other specialized work should be performed by appropriately qualified professionals.

Unless a resource states otherwise, you may download and use resources we provide for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or use them to create commercial products or training materials without written permission, except as permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

Website text, original photographs, graphics, logos, guides, and other original materials are owned by Lisa Malone Professional Organizer or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view the Website for personal use and share links to its public pages. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Website materials without permission.

Names, trademarks, images, and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Affiliate Links and Referral Relationships

Some product recommendations or links may involve affiliate relationships, meaning we may receive compensation when you make a qualifying purchase. We may also receive referral compensation from certain service providers.

Where a recommendation involves a material financial relationship, we will disclose that relationship with the relevant recommendation or referral. You are not required to purchase a recommended product or hire a recommended provider.

Product prices, availability, descriptions, and policies are controlled by the applicable seller and may change.

External Websites and You Have Arrived!

The Website may link to third-party websites or related resources, including You Have Arrived!, retailers, and social media platforms.

Purchases, registrations, courses, memberships, and other activities completed on another website are subject to the terms and privacy policies presented there. These Terms & Conditions do not establish the purchase or refund terms for You Have Arrived! programs or other separately offered products.

We do not control the content, availability, or practices of independently operated websites.

Information You Submit and Privacy

You are responsible for ensuring that information, photographs, or other materials you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have permission to share them. Please do not submit unlawful material or information that unnecessarily exposes another person’s private details.

Submitting project information or photographs does not, by itself, grant us permission to use them in advertising. Promotional use of identifiable client photographs and testimonials is subject to separate permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Acceptance of these terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to marketing emails or text messages.

Nothing in these terms restricts your right to share an honest review or opinion about your experience.

Website Availability and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep Website information accurate and useful, but errors, omissions, interruptions, or outdated information may occur. We may correct Website content and modify or discontinue Website features.

To the extent permitted by law, the Website and its general informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for every purpose.

This provision does not override express commitments in a service agreement or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If an error affects a confirmed transaction, we will contact you to resolve it in accordance with your agreement and applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or its general educational content.

This limitation concerns Website use. Responsibilities relating to paid organizing, design coordination, or other services are addressed in the applicable service agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing Law and Resolving Concerns

These terms are governed by Maryland law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any mandatory consumer protections available to you remain in effect.

If you have a concern about the Website or our services, please contact Lisa@lisa-malone.com so we can work toward a resolution. Contacting us first is encouraged but does not prevent you from pursuing available legal remedies or contacting a government agency.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our Website, services, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter an existing booking or purchase agreement without any agreement required by law. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request acceptance of revised terms.

Relationship to Other Agreements

If these terms conflict with a separately accepted proposal, service agreement, or purchase-specific terms, the more specific agreement governs that service or transaction.

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
