Information We Collect
Information you provide. We collect information you voluntarily share when you submit an inquiry, request a consultation, book a service, request a resource, subscribe to communications, or otherwise contact us. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, service address, communication preferences, and details about your project.

When you engage our services, we may also collect information needed to plan and complete your project, such as scheduling preferences, closet measurements, wardrobe and storage needs, product selections, project notes, and photographs you provide or authorize us to take. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your inquiry or project.

Transaction information. If you purchase services or products from us, we collect information needed to administer the transaction, such as billing contact details, services purchased, payment status, and transaction records. Payment information may also be collected by the payment provider used to complete your transaction.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, through the invoicing platform we use to bill for services. When you pay an invoice, your payment card details are entered directly into Stripe secure payment system. We do not receive, see, or store your full payment card number, expiration date, or security code, and we cannot access them. Stripe use of your payment information is governed by Stripe privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. Our website and the providers that support it may collect technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring website, and the dates and times of visits. Cookies and similar technologies may support website functions and, where enabled, help measure website use.

Our website is built and hosted on Wix. Wix uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function and stay secure, and it provides us with basic website analytics, such as which pages are visited and how visitors find us, so we can understand and improve our website. Our site also embeds tools provided by HighLevel, our client management platform, including our Get a Quote form and our appointment booking calendar. When you use those tools, they may collect the information you enter and may use cookies or similar technologies so the form or booking works properly. We do not currently run advertising pixels on this website, and we do not sell personal information collected through cookies.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to respond to questions, assess project needs, prepare estimates, schedule consultations, deliver services, coordinate approved purchases and installations, process transactions, and maintain business records.

We also use information to provide resources you request, communicate about appointments and ongoing projects, manage communication preferences, maintain and improve our website, protect against fraud or misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Where you have subscribed or otherwise given permission when required, we may send organizing tips, service updates, promotional offers, and other marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

How We Share Information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our business, including providers of website hosting, form processing, scheduling, customer relationship management, email delivery, payment processing, accounting, and technical support. These providers receive information needed to perform their services for us.

When your project involves other professionals, such as a personal stylist, closet designer, installer, or donation or removal provider, we may share the information needed to coordinate the work you request or approve.
We may also disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, to protect the rights and safety of our clients or business, or in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, subject to applicable legal protections.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Project Photographs and Testimonials

Photographs of your closet or other spaces can help us assess your needs, plan your project, and document results. We treat photographs that identify you or your home as personal information.

We obtain your permission before using identifiable project photographs, your name, or your testimonial in our website, social media, portfolio, or other promotional materials. Permission for promotional use is separate from your decision to purchase services.

Cookies and Your Choices

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Some help the website function, while others may support preferences, measurement, or advertising, depending on the tools enabled on the website.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality. Browser settings alone may not control every tracking technology.

We do not use advertising cookies. Analytics on our website are provided by our website platform and are used in aggregate to understand how visitors use the site. Where our website presents a cookie banner, you can use it to accept or decline non-essential cookies, and you can also control cookies through your browser settings as described above. If your browser or device sends a legally recognized opt-out preference signal, we will honor it where required by applicable law.

Email and Telephone Communications

If you contact us or request services, we may respond using the contact information you provide. Service-related communications may include inquiry responses, appointment details, project updates, invoices, and other information needed to fulfill your request.

You can stop receiving marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails or by contacting Lisa@lisa-malone.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary communications about an active project or transaction.

When you provide your mobile phone number through our website forms, we may send you text messages related to your inquiry and project, such as scheduling your consultation call, appointment confirmations and reminders, and project updates. Messages are sent through HighLevel, our client management and messaging platform, and its messaging providers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help.
Your mobile phone number and text messaging opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Our website may link to other websites, including You Have Arrived!, retailers, social media platforms, and recommended service providers. When you visit another website or submit information there, its privacy policy governs the information it collects.

Some product links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. Retailers and affiliate platforms may use cookies or similar technologies to attribute referrals under their own privacy policies.

How Long We Keep Information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining appropriate business and transaction records, resolving disputes, and satisfying legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information, the nature of our relationship with you, and applicable requirements.
When information is no longer needed, we take appropriate steps to delete it or de-identify it. We may retain limited information needed to honor unsubscribe requests and other privacy preferences.
How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Requests

You may contact us at Lisa@lisa-malone.com to ask about the personal information we hold about you or request access, correction, or deletion.
Depending on where you live and whether applicable privacy laws cover our business, you may have additional rights, including receiving a portable copy of your information or opting out of certain processing activities. We will handle requests as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before responding.

Some information may need to be retained to complete a transaction, meet legal obligations, or address other legally permitted purposes. If we decline a request, we will explain the reason where required. Where applicable law provides a right to appeal, you may email us with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond and provide further information as required by that law.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
